| Solo Inspection Details | Residential = first 50 assignments; after that point, the trainee may perform the inspection without the presence of the supervisor provided the trainee is competent to perform those inspections in accordance with the competency rule of USPAP for the property type. The supervisor and trainee must have their primary business location in New Mexico. |
