| Requirements to be a Supervisor | 3 years certified appraising experience and complete affidavit within Trainee’s Application. The supervisor must accompany for first 12 months when an assignment is more than 50 miles. |

| Solo Inspection Details | The supervisor must inspect the subject and comps for the first 50 assignments; After 50, the associate can inspect within 50 miles. |
